Our scout's availability changed to 8pm, but i was never given the 100% if 9pm was confirmed. They have apparently confirmed 9pm but I was not aware of this. Overnight out scouts availability changed due to his highlander official being moved to 8pm. Next time can you answer my message on a SATURDAY the week before so nothing happens???

You then said "thumbs up : )" which is colloquially understood as a confirmation.
We have a player in WA who could not make 9pm but shifted plans to make a 9pm official. Your change is now after we've confirmed officially on this forum.

AEST is 1 hour behind AEDT, which is in effect now. You are in effect proposing 7pm AEDT, which has never been agreed to, unlike the "thumbs up : )" given for 9pm Melb/Syd time (AEDT). Thank you.

YOU LITERALLY, NEVER RESPONDED SAYING YOU CONFIRMED 9. STOP. THE GAME IS AT 8pm AEDT, STOP ARGUING THAT WAS THE ORIGINAL CONFIRMED TIME. YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE ANOTHER MESSAGE FROM ME UNTILL THURSDAY 7PM AEDT.

I edited before you posted, i fixed my mistake after being told about daylight savings, You said " maybe " and " ill ask " never heard anything back from you guys. we both agreed on 8PM

8pm was our initial time, and, according to your criteria, never confirmed (no indication was given at all via thumbs up or a positive statement). However, we operated on good faith that 8pm was our time. Then via discord, you changed the time, waiting 6/7/9pm. I scrambled my team to change their plans. We have a player in WA who changed their plan for thursday evening to accommodate this new request.
9pm was then proposed by me (in bold), and confirmed by you, in this very forum, above by giving a "thumbs up." We were still operating in good faith.

The next day you message me asking for 8pm because your scout's plans had changed. I denied it because our team was prepared for 9pm, and plans were changed by our core scout.
Now your team is using partial evidence from discord in bad faith to state we never confirmed (it was you who confirmed 9pm all along, above). I've referred this to the admins because this is out of hand. I will not be railroaded by people who can't take responsibility for their own words or actions and operate in bad faith when negotiating. This is the last thing I will say here.
