Sixes has Sprung

It's sweltering and we're barely a month into Spring. Wait it's Spring? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRH!!! Well with the start of Spring comes our next season of Sixes. With a lot of the same as last season we're gearing up for a fantastic competition so don't miss out on the last Sixes league of 2025!

Signups

You can sign up for Sixes Spring '25 from today (Monday the 22nd of September) up until Wednesday the 8th of October at 11:59pm AEDT. With this in mind we'll aim to have seedings out by Thursday the 9th or Friday the 10th of October at the latest with the Season starting on Sunday the 12th of October.

Whitelist and Map Pool

There are no changes to the Map Pool or Whitelist this season. That's it go home. With the positive reception of last season's Map Pool we have decided to run it back. For those of you who weren't the biggest fan's of Granary this season will give you another chance to become "accustomed" to it. As for the Whitelist, no changes have been made with nothing standing out as problematic from the Winter season just gone.

Staff Changes

Our beloved Chili will be stepping down from his position as Head Sixes Administrator. Chili came back as a league admin for Autumn '24 Sixes and took over as the head admin mid-season due to the disappearance of one who shall not be named. In his time Chili has been an integral member of staff and has always put his best foot forward. Doing this for not one, but nearly tuah years isn't easy. Thankyou Chili for all you've done and we wish you nothing but the best in all your future endeavors.

Also departing from our Sixes staff will be Omni. Omni came on last season as a Trial Sixes Administrator. But as life often does, it caught up with him. Thank you Omni for taking the time to volunteer and we hope life treats you well going into 2026!

So where does that leave us? Well you still have the triple threat of mashiro, emgee and inStinct as your regular season staff don't you worry about that. As for the next Sixes Head Administrator and additional staff coming aboard, we'll be making a post in the coming days detailing all changes within our Sixes team. But if you're excited about competitive Team Fortress 2 and think you'd be a good fit please don't shy away from filling in one of our Staff Applications!

We'll be in touch soon, but get excited for the final Sixes season of 2025! We can't wait to see this competition get underway!
