Award Voting

Whilst we cook up the rest of the details for Sixes Spring '24, we thought we would drop the Award Voting. Voting for Sixes Winter '24 is open from now until Wednesday the 2nd of October at 11:59pm AEST.

Teams who fail to vote will not receive medals for the Sixes Winter '24 season.

We understand this will be somewhat controversial, but we want to do what we can to preserve the end-of-season awards spirit. The awards are meant to be a little bit of fun, but purposefully not voting to damage or influence the award results is not something we want to allow. It's not fair to be taking something away without giving something else in return, so we'll let you all in on some things we're hoping to bring to fruition in the coming seasons.

We may be looking to add stat-based awards, and who knows, maybe other awards in future seasons. It'll take some time to get things going, and personally, I (core) don't want our team bogged down with anything that takes a lot of legwork, but if we can automate/script a good amount of it, then we'd be happy to add it to the awards. If you are interested in helping out on the code end, chuck a developer application into us!
