ozfortress - team fortress 2 in australia

I know many of the ozfortress community own puretrak talents and i was just wondering how long it took for them to be received in Australia. Because i bought mine over a month ago and still i havnt got it....
So how long did it take you guys to get your puretrak products?

Any actions you recommend me taking as its been over a month now? I emailed them and he said he would mail me another one today, but nothing has been done so far

did you get a tracking number like the one i posted above?

I had the exact same issues Riot, it took them 2 months to get it to me i complained and shit and then i received a voucher for 20 bucks of them for the inconvenience.

I also had a problem with a delivery from them, after waiting for six weeks they resent it via FedEx.

Wow the puretrak guys are being ass holes. They said they would resend one but havnt done so or replied to any of my emails about the puretrak talent.... I dont know what to do, i think they are trying to just ignore me...

Sorry to hear dude. If everything goes well at my end, I should be able to re-distribute their gear in a few months.

I did, they resent another via fedex. Appreciate your 2 cents though, the HQ of puretrak is in Cali. So i wouldnt want to pay for that phone bill haha.

Btw guys, USPS is shit. never use that service over fedex. The 5 bucks extra psotage will ensure you atleast get what you pay for...

Mine arrived in about 10-14 days as estimated, no hassles.
