Known problems:

Item meters aren't added for the new weapons. I'll be fiddling with it again here in a minute, but the game is getting cranky when I adjust them.

Haha...actually, I have a newer version of my updater to upload for the casthud...it'll automatically update tf_english.txt for you if it has been deleted by a TF2 update. I might change it to update it anyway when you click the play button, on my machine it happens fast enough that I can't tell the difference between when it is enabled or disabled.

And hopefully the updater is making things a little less of a hassle for you.

It sure is. Its jmore the constant updating of Tf2 thats the pain. Given the high % chance that somethign will fuck up, updating on the day you need to play or cast a match is not desireable

Apologies if this has been requested before and denied, but would it be possible to add in a 'play now' button that the stock UI has? Sometimes I just want to click a button to go pubbing on whatever gametype I want.

It's possible, I just have to stop procrastinating and work on a new main menu since I really need to tame the size of the current one.

In the meantime, I'll look into adding an icon-only button for quickplay.

How did you apply the new version?
Did you delete the old one first or just install over the top?
if you havent deleted the old one, delete the folders and re apply it.
(note Im at work and havent looked at the new files or whats been changed in the update - but this is a semi common issue so give it a shot)

Yeah I deleted the old folders before installing it. Talked to a few other people and they aren't having the same problem with the new PVHUD.
